How we are made up

Set up by CEO, Aisling McCarthy, who after 15 years of building transformative teams and delivering award-winning global programmes for iconic brands such as adidas, Guinness, Sony and the BBC, decided to set up Le Kayla to put the focus back on real people, conversations and perspectives in marketing. 

No two projects, cultures or organisations are the same, which is why the premise of Le Kayla is to shape teams to match the bespoke needs of every client. And, why we lean into a network of highly talented people that know what they are doing and care deeply about what they are doing.
 
Depending on the task ahead, we tap into our strategic network of thinkers and rationalisers for phase 1, and an action-orientated creative and delivery team for phase 2. From conversation experts to journalists, designers, entrepreneurs, media planners and film-makers, their role is to figure out, together, what will make the difference.
